HRDC specializes in the fit out of hotels, including overseeing the interior design, development and procurement of total FF&E programs. HRDC has developed and fitted out of 40 hotels over the course of its history, covering over 6,000 hotel keys across the globe.

With complete vertical integration and a team with decades of experience, HRDC utilizes it's broad network of leading global and local hotel operators to develop an optimal concept and model for each site. 

 

The model must meet operator requirements in view of hotel size, amenities, hotel flag and positioning and operational amenities.
